What training / support is provided with the purchase of a Bom i Touch R?

A training video, access to a closed Facebook group and unlimited phone/email support will be provided with each purchase.

If you are already trained and experienced in cosmetic tattoo & skin needling, our training video will provide all the information needed to operate the device for the two treatments.

If you are not previously trained in cosmetic tattoo and/or skin needling, a separate cosmetic tattoo training and/or skin needling training is required and we can arrange the training/s for you at an additional cost.

What do I do when I have trouble with the device or the device needs servicing?

Please submit the form on our Service & Repairs page and we will process your repair request within 24 hours on a business day.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

The device comes with a 1 year warranty that covers any necessary repairs due to defects in manufacture material and workmanship.Additionally a loan device will be provided for use free of charge for the repairs covered by the warranty.

Which cartridges should be used with Bom i Touch R ?

All of the Digital Revo Cartridges are compatible with this cosmetic tattoo device.

Please do not use any other needle cartridges even if they fit as using an incorrect needle cartridge poses several risks including:
