This isn't an event you turn up to
Most brand events put a room full of practitioners in front of one demonstration, which means you spend the day watching someone else's treatment and holding back the questions you'd rather ask privately. An Experience Day works differently, because you book your own appointment time and the session is yours alone.
You have the treatment yourself, in a clinic setting, with our team giving you their full attention, so you can judge the device properly and talk through what matters to your clinic without an audience. It's the closest thing to trying before you buy, and it's also a pretty good excuse to book yourself a treatment.
You'll need to book a time to attend. Appointments are limited to the treatment slots available on each day, so please choose your city below and reserve the time that suits you.
What happens during your appointment
You arrive at your booked time.
There's no need to block out the whole day, since your session is scheduled around you and starts when you arrive.
You have a full treatment.
You'll experience a complete treatment on a KausmediTech device, with depth adjustable in 0.1mm increments, so you can judge the handpiece, the comfort and the finish from the client's side of the bed.
You see how the protocol is built.
The therapist talks you through set-up, depth selection and treating to clinical endpoint while you're in the chair, so you understand the treatment rather than just its result.
You ask whatever you want to know.
Because it's a private appointment, you can talk openly about training, consumables, cost per treatment and the support you can expect once a device is in your clinic.

Experience Days are for clinic owners and practitioners who are adding skin needling or RF microneedling to their menu, weighing up a change of device, or looking to get more from the device they already use.
