What training/support is provided with the purchase of a Digital Hand NW?

A training video, access to a closed Facebook group and unlimited phone/email support will be provided with each purchase.

If you are already trained and experienced in microneedling, our training video will provide all the information needed to operate the device and to use it for a microneedling treatment.

If you are not previously trained in microneedling, a separate microneedling training is required and we can arrange it for you at an additional cost.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

The device comes with a 1 year warranty that covers any necessary repairs due to defects in manufacture material and workmanship.

Additionally a loan device will be provided for use free of charge for the repairs covered by the warranty.

What do I do when I have trouble with the device or the device needs servicing?

Please submit the form on our Repairs page and we will process your repair request within 24 hours on a business day.

Which cartridges should be used with Digital Hand NW?

Only Tri M Needle Cartridges in a white box should be used with Digital Hand NW. 

Tri M Needle Cartridges in a blue box will not fit Digital Hand NW and please do not use any other needle cartridges even if they fit. 

Using an incorrect needle cartridge poses several risks including:
