If you are already trained and experienced in microneedling, our training video will provide all the information needed to operate the device and to use it for a microneedling treatment.

If you are not previously trained in microneedling, a separate microneedling training is required and we can arrange it for you at an additional cost.

The device comes with a 1 year warranty that covers any necessary repairs due to defects in manufacture material and workmanship.

Additionally a loan device will be provided for use free of charge for the repairs covered by the warranty.

Only KausmediPen Cartridges in a white box should be used with KausmediPen Cordless. 

Tri M Needle Cartridges in a blue box will not fit KausmediPen Cordless and please do not use any other needle cartridges even if they fit.
